Please be sure to scroll down the page on all of your booking confirmation emails as there is information about your pre- treatment and post-treatment care plans in each email. It is a state regulatory requirement that you have an annual Good Faith Exam (GFE) by one of our licensed medical providers prior to your treatment. It is imperative all of your intake forms, medical history form, and consents are completed prior to your appointment. Also take note of our 48 hour cancellation policy and associated non refundable fee of $150 (this applies to both virtual and in person appointments).
